If you're having trouble logging in to your Crown Weather Plus account with your username or password, contact me right away at crownweather@gmail.com. I will be more than happy to help you get your username and password fixed so that you can log in and use the many features of Crown Weather Plus.

Now, there may be some reasons why you are not able to log in to Crown Weather Plus. These include:

- Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, so check to make sure that the correct capitalization was used.

- When entering your username and password on the login screen make sure there are no extra spaces included before or after the text.

- Your subscription to Crown Weather Plus may be inactive or expired. Please contact me at crownweather@gmail.com to determine if your subscription is still active.
